Peach Sorbet

Quick and easy peach sorbet, the perfect recipe for those sweet summertime peaches!

Equipment

  • ice cream or sorbet maker

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vodka

Instructions

  • Cut the peaches into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • Purée the peaches in a food processor with the granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vodka.
  • Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker or gelato maker and churn for 45 minutes, or until thick and frozen.
  • Transfer to a quart container and freeze for an hour or two before enjoying.
